I was in a fighting mood when I created this one...

This is my seasonal promo, I thought I'd share some of the process from concept to final with you.

I'm proud to bring you a sneak peek from an upcoming children's book I've illustrated called "Patches and the Feelings Tree", story by Kathylee Forrester.

This is some recent cover work I did for a client. I saved some of the step by step process on this one, I'm glad I did, as I move forward with a piece I usually end up saving over the previous stages.

Here's a caricature of a friend of mine that I did recently, on this piece I was Trying out a new chalk pencil I created in Photoshop. It has a natural feel to it when I use it, I'll be adding this one to my collection.

This character is a throw away concept from one of my projects. The clients enjoyed it, but we went in a different direction for the final design. Gives me a chance to share!

We've got quite a few raccoons living around us...they're pretty creepy.

When my daughter was little she spent about eighty percent of her time in a chicken suit that we had picked up for her for Halloween. She loved that suit! It was cozy, like a safety blanket, it also gave her security, almost like a super hero suit. I'm working on capturing her personality with these.
